Training terms

• All training sessions are carried out following a professional assessment of each dog and handler. Training outcomes may vary depending on consistency, environment and individual circumstances.
• The welfare and safety of all dogs and handlers is our top priority. Dogs must remain under control at all times unless otherwise advised.
• Owners remain fully responsible for their dog during training sessions.

Cancellation policy

• We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
• Should Top Paws Training need to reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

Payment terms

Payment arrangements, including any deposit, are confirmed with you before training begins. Please get in touch at info@toppawstraining.com if you have any questions about payment.
